We had a problem with cockroaches in the kitchen and decided to get professional help. The technician was friendly, checked the kitchen and other areas properly, and explained what he was going to do. The problem improved a lot after the treatment. My only issue was that the appointment took a little longer to arrange than expected, but the actual service was good.
