In addition, when you use any LetsKnowIt service, you will be liable to the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Our terms and conditions provide information by having quotations that are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. When the client places an order with us, we design the work and developers take a keen interest in fulfilling it. There is no contract for the supply of services until accepted by the team and the client.

The purchase of services is accepted based on a valid contract. Regardless of whether the client receives the invoice, services taken from an order and invoice should be attached and do not form part of the contract unless agreed. The client agrees to check details are correct and should print them for their records.

Additional work can be accepted by the client and set back with an additional quotation by the developer on receipt of the specification. It consists of an existing project and may affect timescale and overall delivery time of the project. So, the client agrees that standard interview questions and job posting / searching platform terms apply, and that any such request can be accepted and deemed additional work.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LetsKnowIt hereby grants you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only to purchase services on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly authorized by LetsKnowIt in advance.

Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate cancellation of the license permitted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site.

LetsKnowIt reserves the right to decline service, cancel accounts, and/or delete accounts at its discretion, including, without limitation, if LetsKnowIt believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to us.

We may assign you a password and account identification to allow you to enter and use certain divisions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Copyright of complete job posting, searching, and interview questions source files are accepted by the developer based on client requests. Without using an agreement, our company will not work further and hence all interview questions take proper action.

These terms are used under a nonexclusive limited license and design with one domain name only. This will give use of job posting and searching for more portals without prior written agreement between the client and the developer. Each client agrees to rescale the completed files and is forbidden to make a compilation for developer use. It takes a proper client approach and agrees based on protecting and defending the job posting and searching purpose.

The developer can, at its discretion, be obligated to offer job posting, searching, and interview questions via the site. In fact, registration is by the terms and conditions set out by the third party for such services. The client agrees to take legal responsibility for use of the third party for searching jobs and technology-related interview questions.

Most often, the client is liable to pay the developer for any job searching and posting and initial set up of hosting this service globally. The client agrees that contact details (including an email address) are their responsibility to keep updated with the third party.

It is also notified that in any case of a dispute of the above with our Privacy Policy, we would brace our Privacy Policy clauses.
